  Go to turf at the bottom of the screen and click on the + button or the new turf button in the top right corner of the screen and then click anywhere in the green area.

  How do u expand the green.it is so small

  You don't, unless you get it from the don w/ respect points, or you build a big base, and then it gets it's own green circle
