  What is an alliance? I see there is a notification for it, and they mention it exists under vendetta, but it is never explained.

  By my definition an alliance is differnt from a vendeta an alliance is perment it doesn't technically exist in the game it's sumthing like a brotherhood while a vendeta is just a short term thing

  I would agree with that, but that doesn't answer what the push notification for alliance alerts you for.
