I have my ducks in a row to take the capo title of a nearby city. I have a great turfhead, and the vendetta will have matured into turf hits in an hour. The guy commented and told me to stop. (I had bombarded his turfs in a pre-assault) He is the capo of another city and I have told him that he should year down his turf and relocate and I might then let him keep his house. He refused. I have the backing of my syndicate. Burn it down or let him live?

If the player is not being crippled by the attack, and isn't a new player, then I think go for it. You've given ample warning and opportunity for him to leave unscathed. If he stays and fights then that's his problem. This game is a war game, and as I've learned first hand, sometimes you get hit and lose and you just gotta play through it.

If you want the capo title and ypu have the power to take thecso title and you can hzng on to it when it's all said and done, then by all means, go for it.
