I know that Capos don't mean much to a huge portion of the TW community, but here are some things for the newbies to consider before attempting their hostile take over.

A capo is the most influential player in an area. As the capo, it is your job to "run your town". You should know who and where the inactives are, as well as new players to the area.

I like to greet new mobsters when I see their first turf. I instruct them of the etiquette of TW, and offer help if they have questions. It is important to have a clear understanding of ALL the basic concepts of the game, and be able to communicate them if you are trying to teach.

You should be accessible to new players and vets that are new to the area through pm's. If you're unwilling to communicate, you may find yourself short-lived as capo.

Remember that this is a game! And not everyone will want to play the way you do. Don't be oppressive unless you have the mob to back it. And protect your local inactives!!!

I keep my eye on my small kingdom, and when someone upsets the balance, I run them out of town so fast we leave a trail of fire.
I do what I can to help new players, haha half of them don't listen... The ones that do go on to prosper and achieve Capos of their own... Long as they don't try and take mine

You must spend a lot of don points refilling your stam whilst leaving said flaming trail! That or you loot a lot of espresso shots 😉
