I want to bring up my attack and defense up to around 100k. Right now I'm paying around 400k in upkeep and I'm making 1mil. How should I balance upkeep and income? I need experienced players to help me please.

Only pay under 50% of your income on upkeep.

1. get more mob, join a code website.
2. buy them all armor, steel toed shoes and the best weapon you can without upkeep.
3. Maximize your income on EVERY turf, grow them all to 86 and put them in the highest earning areas you can find.
4. Get free Don points every day and use them to increase your turf limit. (income)
5. As your turf income grows, slowly add the best attack and defense weapons (tommy gun, Lapua) for each mob member.
6. Don't piss other mobsters off or get into un-neccessary pissing matches.
7. Never use skill points to buy att/def, buy energy to do loot missions every day for money, build stamina & health if you're gonna be fighting. -
I think you must have some turf that aren't earning much income. I looked at your turf and I'm betting that hardly any of them in Grande Island makes more than 50k. I've got similar stats as you and make over 2 mil with a few more turf and pay about the same in upkeep.

My theory is upkeep is a recurring fixed cost, similar to the way rent is a recurring fixed cost. The guideline I've heard for rent is <30% of your income, so that's what I try to follow. Gives me some cash on hand to build turfs and buy weapons and add to an emergency fund. But Turf Wars does not require as much grocery shopping or retirement savings as real life so maybe 50% is ok?

A mob:influence ratio of 1:3 gives you plenty of money for full defense of the upkeep weapons. How you choose to actually equip, depends on how you want to play. Will you be an aggressor or are you trying to defend your turf?
