how close do nearby mobs have to be, to be invited?

I mean, when you go in a new area, you can click invite mobsters
than click nearby mobsters
How close are those that are in the list? say within 10 miles 5 miles a mile?
anyone know plz?

100 miles or so.

It's a lot less than 100 miles. I've driven less than 20 miles away and had new people show up in the nearby mobsters list.

I get people showing up from around a hundred miles away.

yea, i do a lot of driving for work,
mainly South East England Herts middlesex sussex kent
I noticed it could change within 5 miles or nothing when i travel down to the coast 60-70 miles away.
Might get pulled over by the old bill soon as i keep stopping on the hard shoulder to check LOL
