I feel kinda bad
Forums › Help & Strategy › I feel kinda bad-
So I am not a very big player, but if you watch the forums, I am a VERY active player. I am on 6-7 times a day for quite a while.
My question is, as you can see I only have a 1000ish mob. I live in a fairly small town so there are not many players to "attack" for money and experience, so I am forced to continually attack the same smaller people, in my town. I feel kinda dickish for doing it. Am I just being an ass?

Nah. Your playing the best you can.

You're right outside a city, you could hop there in half an hour. You probably drive there occasionally. you could keep a base in town and go to Portland to prey. After you mob up a bit.

I have a few turfs in Portland, where there are a lot more larger players. I do agree that I need to mob up, and have been doing so as much as my 3 kids will allow me.You're right outside a city, you could hop there in half an hour. Thank you for the reply.

I wouldn't feel too bad about it as there's not much you can do. Maybe message them and let em know it's not personal. Ive noticed since I've spread out I still see a lot if the same people on my fight list.

I'm in the same situation and try to leave my small town alone. I've built up a smallish mob and branched out to nearby larger cities mostly for income purposes. It just takes patience.

go through the invite forum and fight the people that post there.

3 kids? There's your answer to mobbing up.
"no ice cream until you punch 500 codes"
-
you can attack mobsters up to several hundred miles away, I don't see the problem. I hope you are attacking mobs and not turf, that could get you into trouble.
-
Maybe it works to do a leapfrog into the town?
-
You say you're on here for 6 times a day for quite a while but don't have time to punch codes? Just take 15 minutes a day and punch or do it while your watching TV. I punched about 400 codes while "watching" the voice with my wife. Even If your watching something you like you can punch a lot of codes during commercials or halftime.
-
I spend about 3-4 hours a week punching codes. I can punch about 300 codes in an hour.
Once you have a decent size mob you can use your mob list to attack other players so your not hitting the same person over and over. A mob member is just a number. Attacking mob members will not affect you.

Attack range is 1,000 miles. You aren't limited to using your fight list either. Go to turfwarswiki.com & look up Attacking for suggestions on other ways to find people to attack.RedHat wrote:

I generally only hit someone once or twice when I'm fighting. However if I see someone with level 60 something and only 500 odd mob I will keep attacking until I stop making money or they are ER'd. I mean that is just asking for it. I'm no vet, I've only been around 3 1/2 weeks but with just a little effort I'm at 3500 mob. It's not that hard.
