Looking for advice from some of the vets, I've got a guy in my area that's just being stupid and I don't know what to about it.

Up till now I could deal with this guy, but his recent actions just confused the hell outta me. He has started capping an inactive that he was been collecting protection from. He was the only one around covering a bunch 84 inf turfs, about 5 or 6 in total.

I've been capping him like crazy lately because of attacks and car bombs he has sent me. Maybe I should just let up? But he has never responded to PMs.

This guy has also deleted me from his mob and constantly denies my mob invites, this I find very hilarious.

He's running away again like he did before in another city. So I guess the problem is solved for now.....
