How can some1 cap a turf from me that wasn't n hour old?

wrong. Have a look at the capture chacklist. The turf you are trying to
capture has to have been there for more than 24 hours.
So it's wierd that he was able to take your turf.

Wrong it's only the attackers turf which matters!!!

Turf can be captured instantly. There is nowait period. The attacking turf has to be 24 hours old.

Re-read that checklist. Also check the How To thread on capturing for more clarification

Hey how about this.. Some guys keeps attackin my turf he lost to me yet he took my turf! How is this?

Because you only have to win 1 fight. If he hit you 9 times, weakening your turf but losing, and then hit you a tenth, bit won, he'd cap your turf.
