Total turf number question
Forums › Help & Strategy › Total turf number question-
Suppose I have the ability to build 10 turfs, and I have already built 8. I then use the other 2 turfs too turf hop, I finally male it over to an enemy turf and proceed to take it over. I now have 11 turfs total, and under my profile for turfs it would say: 11/10. I then want to continue turf hopping to another nearby enemy turf so I sell one of my turfs to do so, however this will bring me down to 10/10 and therefor won't allow me to build another turf.
So is this how it is suppose to work and if so how does turf hopping help then.

Also I see advanced players with a large amount of turfs. So if someone has 155 turfs because they took a bunch over will their profile says something ridiculous like: 155/48? Are they unable to turf hop then?
Thanks.

High turf counts are most likely people who spent mony on point packs to increase their turf limit. My limit is 300.
You canly turf hop when the first number is smaller, fie example, 8/10.

So you are saying basically that people who have a lot off turf used don points to increases opposed to capturing?
Thanks for the help

well there are alot of players who capture to get there turfs. They of course can't turf hop. Putting in don points is a good alternative if mobility matters to you.So you are saying basically that people who have a lot off turf used don points to increases opposed to capturing?

But say I take over turfs and I have 34/31 is the only way to take another turf over is to do it to one already within your range? Which seems quite small...
Thanks for the help!

Sorry I meant besides Don points, which cost money. So basically if you have a 150 turf or so it's bc you spent a lot of money?
Thanks

Define "a lot".
Players with high amounts of turf have either captured to get that high or spent money on Don points to increase their turf limit.

I'll share my strategy...get a number of turfs into a crowded area, preferably a safe zone, where either players have agreed to no capping, or you're the bigger player & can't be capped. Let these be your money makers...it's expensive to turf hop & you need to afford upkeep on a growing mob.
Next, turf hop as many turfs as you can afford into capture range of other turfs. Once you're over your limit, simply chill for awhile & let the turfs earn you some money.
As you level up, or accumulate enough money, tear down some of the turfs to get below your limit...then turf hop to further away places & cap even more; then repeat, each time getting further & further out & capping more & more turfs each time.
I bought about 30 turfs using don points...this allowed me to save up money faster & support upkeep on a large mob & turf hop all over the place; I was able to cap more than 90 turfs from about 25 well-placed turfs in my area.
