How do I have 2 capos of the same place?

I believe I have figured out that cities/areas in non-English countries can have 2 capos: a native capo (with native Iphone language settings) and a English capo (with English language settings).

It all depends on the language settings of device whether you will be a ENG- or Native Capo.
