How do u start ur tuff some were besides ur location....I live in the middle of nowear so there no other players

The only way to place turfs somewhere else without "cheating" is to physically drive (or otherwise travel) somewhere else where it's more populated and then place a turf. You won't have to stay there because once you have a turf someplace you can build other turfs next to it even if your not in the area anymore.
