You can place turfs where ever you (or your phone) physically are.

As long as you have some presence there at the time you build. So whenever I travel I save a new turf for that area

yeah, I agree. Or at least save the good ones. How far are you moving, smuglydawg? If you're moving far, it would be a good idea to leave some turf where you are now so you can always keep expanding from there & so you can attack people around there.

Point is that you can only build turf in real cities you are in it's not like FML I live no where near other people I going to play like I'm in a bigger area
