Can a low level player take a turf away from a high level even if he can't win a attack?

Level does not matter but have to be able to win after the turf has been beat down to zero health.

U will lose all fights if the higher player has a far superior crew, however u will cap if ur prepared to lose all fights and put the turfs inf to zero.

You will not capture without a win.

Once you have beaten it to 0 you then have to win a "Capture Turf" fight to claim it.
