What number of weapons should I have? Eg. 1400 mini guns, 600 RPGs etc...

First priority is defense ie. Miniguns, armour. Then onto offense ie. RPGs.

Well the goal is 2000 each of armor minis and RPGs. Go with the minis and armor first as was already said
