Why am I losing the fight when trying to capture turf?

Ok so the capture check list is all ticked but when I try to capture turf I lose the fight. Why?

The persons turf I'm trying to capture has basically no weapons so how is it possible that I am losing?

What's the mob size and weapon count of the turf your trying to capture?

mob size is like 250 compared to my 1500 mob so there is no chance he can win

what's their level? If they are small enough the don steps in and with the new fight system push it looks like the don is unbeatable now

here's the wierd part. There another person lower level to the guy in the first post. When I attack his turf (capture checklist not all ticked) I win against him. So how does this work?

th don rules have changed some do me a favor. Attack the turf one more time. Read carefully the message. did the don step in?

the don steps on for both people. But for one of them I win the other I lose
