Also how do I get people in my mob please don't be a jerk I'm new and you were once too

A collector collects money. It's an upgrade that helps your turf make money and increases its influence.

To get people in your mob, you need to type in codes (which you can find in the invite codes forum) under "invite mobsters" in the mob tab. There is also an option to invite local mobsters, if there are any near you. You can also post your code in the invite codes forum.

Also, be sure to use the "get help" button on the home screen. There's a lot of good information about the game there.
