Debt?

What happens when your upkeep exceeds your income. Do you go into debt? At what point do your weapons or turf get sold off to reduce the debt?

Nothing gets sold off but you can go negative.

Your screwed if you do. You won't be able to buy weapons, place new turf or upgrade. You won't be able to heal yourself or your turf. You'll be at the mercy of the clock.

You won't be able to pay off the cops unless you use don points.

You'll have to sell weapons and armor until you have a positive balance again.
