Just curious about fights. I have 10 cocktails and 10 vests but it says i only used 6 tails n 6 vests. Y is this?

Had to go cold turkey man was playing it way too much. But I ended up swapping one addiction to another and been caning this game lol. So what happened to ig & axis? R they still playing?
