How can I increase my turf limit with without seeing the don as hav used all respect points available . And without attAcking

The only other way is to level up. You get a turf limit increase every couple of levels & 1 don point per level up.
The first mission, which is purse snatching, once elite gives the most experience for the energy spent; the Ransom mission pays out the same exp per energy, but I doubt that mission is available to you at this point in the game.

You can buy point packs multiple times now through in app purchase.
