1. If turfs are of opposing players are close enough, the higher influence turf gets protection money from the lower influence turf, right?

2. If you are capo of the town, do you still pay protection if you have the lower influence turf?

3. If you are not capo, can you collect from a capo if you have a higher influence turf next to a capo's lower influence turf?

I don't get how this works, I am capo of my area and I have 2 turfs that intersect 2 of mine which are both at a lower inf and I get no protection money but I am not paying either?!

Your turf edge has to cross thru the center of someone elses lower influ. turf to collect protection money.
