Say I have 100 goons. If I buy 100 pistols, can I buy(and use) 100 vest? I don't have to choose btwn armour and weapon for each mobster do I.

Just answer first, then make fun of me.

Correct. You get one weapon and one armour per mob member. So;

100 mob = 100 guns + 100 armours
