Don't allow foul names to be used

I have kids that play this game and have fun with it, but there ate some people that have named themselves or their turf with curse words or other foul language. I don't want to have to ban them from a cool game because of bad language.

You have seen the game rating right? There is only so much you game police a game of this genre.
-
This game is tame compared to others of its genre.

Okay let's say they make a rule against profanity; how would they control that? What of a player broke the rules? (ban them even though they are potential profit for the game) the game is Mildy violent to begin with so it does attract a mixed crowd.. My advice is if you really have a problem with it explain the immaturity to them and move on because profanity will always exist its just a matter of dealing with it responsibly.

You can't fix stupid, you can however use it as an example to show them how not to act. Intelligence usually prevails...

Or go over to them... Cap the turf... RENAME IT... and give it back... Or destroy itFruzzley wrote:

How about you explain to them the difference between cuss words, and regular words? Plus, (I'm assuming the kids are under 10) why do they have an I de ice to begin with? When I was a kid I went out and frolleked in the fields.

I would down load the smurf app or something for them
-
This app deals with illegal, criminal and even sociopathic behaviors. Very adult themes imho. Why people then encourage their wee ones to play it continues to mystify me.
Especially considering the thousands of just wonderful apps out there, with the primary demographic targeting children in mind.

you prolly shud have researched the game b4 u let them play

You could have if the player tried nameing a turf with the words say as a example dumb ass it would check it for foul language and make him rename it
-
I don't think foul can be easily decided.
-
No more cussing? Fuck!!!!

That would suck. Cuss word create a emphasis. The game would suck if we weren't allowed to ever use any emphasis whatsoeverYou could have if the player tried nameing a turf with the words say as a example dumb ass it would check it for foul language and make him rename it

Or even better mobup and take down the players using cuss words, or take the turf and use title deed to rename it. You could be called *Judge Judy*.
I kind of agree with a filter of sorts but only on racist and sexist usernames and turf names, rating or not there is no place for that anywhere -
Cap them to teach you're children what you get for using foul language. 👊😉
-
You sir are wrong. Properly taught children are exposed to but are able to handle societal vices like the foul language you speak of. Properly controlled children would not be Allowed to play this game. Don't push your communist agenda on us or expect us to police your kids for you.

It wouldn't work if you used a censor. Never does. People will learn to replace letters with numbers and other language characters. Just more trouble than it's worth. Рц$$у see? Censor that.
-
Make a game of it and target them there's already a few I know that seek them out if there smart and wanna be able to grow they'll catch on
-
This game is clean compare to the others. Then maybe kids should not play.
-
Maybe we should just have a virtual swear jar and every time a player uses foul language they lose don points. Hahahahaha.
