Abilities

Say they work just like loot you go to a certain mission that has the chance of ability the abilities can be equipped through a tag in the profile like the airports some abilities could be like Exstend turf create radious 10% or 5% chance not to use energy on a loot mission some more example would be 5% off on weapons or other supplies any thoughts?

Oh yea only two can be used at once and some can take two spots to use (the stronger ones)

Not that I can remember are you sure it was me and not a different person I know someone posted about a loot for 50% off weapons for so long and I merged my idea with his and made it a bit more relistic

My thoughts are that this is a waste of development time that needs to be put in to issues that affect daily gameplay.
