Basically, one player creates a 'mafia' costing some amount of money, you create a name for your new mafia, then you invite certain people into your group, being able to promote them to ranks like Capo or Underboss, or just plain soldier. The leader of this group would be ranked Don of course. Not like Nick though, of course.
