Capo turfs should probably generate more income, and also provide near by turfs with better dencity stats

I like this suggestion. Another perk of capo. Maybe if this had been in effect, I wouldn't have given up so many capo titles to focus on one main area.

I like it too.

I tore down 40 turfs last night. Over half were Capo and the only turf in town. I've only rebuilt about a dozen so far, and my income is already where it was before the tear down.
