The bouncing betty idea was good, but I thought of another way it could be used instead. Its a placeable mine on the turf map that you choose its location and its about the size of a 30ish influence turf. You cant place on a turf and its only visible to you (duh). If someones turf touches it (ie. increased influence that touches it or new turf placed on landmine), it will then work like a carbombs damage to money and upgrades. Its a rare item and it cant be bought but costs 200k (sell price is 100k). What do you think? Revisions or scrap?

It's a good basis but I can imagine a lot of players abusing it, like letting know one in a city/town because their turf is in the middle of the city/town and it is surrounded by land mines

So how does one determine where said mine can be placed. Can I pick a random highway and make a five mile strip of mines?

If it's a rare item it can't be bought. If it is rare then ok if you can buy it will turn out bad I think

How bout only placing a landline near you're gps location? Not by turf at all.
