I have completely thought this thru but I don't know, I kinda like the idea of being able "cement shoe" a turf to 0 temporarily like u put someone in the ER with it. "Cement shoe"ing a turf would help low levels fight back the high levels that they cannot fight back against. Just so it doesn't get abused, you can put a limit to how many Turf Cement Shoes you can use in one day or how many u can used against a particular player or particular turf in one day. Could possibly help people being to delay the cap or perpapre for it.

Not to mention, it'd make people think twice about capping people willy nilly (they may get retailiated back by having turfs dropped to 0 and losing income)

If you drop to 0 you can easily cap and that would cause more problems

Nope, I didn't think they can be used on turfs.
As for the using it to cap, maybe they could put a limit that makes it so if u use a turf cement shoe, you cannot cap that turf for at least 24 hrs

lvl doesn't mean anythin yet they've been playing for a year. Probably not that active

Umm I have only been playing for a few months. I am level 70 so fast primarily because of the massive amounts of daily atks I get on me and also I do missions a lot.

As for car bombs, I have a bunch but never used them lol.
