A war between vendettas and the 1 that win become the (capo vendeta) and take taxes from every turf in the city

Every 10 days at a certian time a huge turf appear and the vendeta that beat the other vendettas and capture it take the capo title. (sry for my english)

Should be different from capo. The don? Capos still exist but dons rule over them. Rule a larger area?

Oh, well I just realised multiple people would be in on it. Hmm. How about the city/county/state is split into how many people won the vendetta. 3 people. 3 areas. 3 dons.
