Every mobster chooses a capital which can have twice as much influence as their biggest turf and it is impervious to capturing, this would also help Darth Vadan's New World stats by seeing if someone is foreign or domestic

That would Be epic but when people attack that turf u lose Health too, and your capturing range is massive like 2 miles

Twice as much inf would be far too much. Turf should never be uncappable.
