That just sounds like a lot of extra work for something that really isn't needed. And I bet the new people will not listen or something 😓

That's too complicated. If a 4k person is fighting a 10k person, where would they post (assuming they posted anywhere). People over 10k offering help would then have to post in 3 different forums. Most likely new players would end up posting in every forum hoping to get anyone. That would be a mess.
