No one has state capos right now - though it may be implemented in the future. Right now if you control the most area in a state that's not part of a city it looks like a state capo.

State turfs are completely random. Any turf in a state, no matter if it is in a big city or small country town, can pop up as being a state turf. Most inf on those turfs and u get state capo. I use to have Capo of Texas until I told someone where they can get others I've found if they felt like traveling. Right now, it only acts like all other capos. U only get free police prot from those state turfs. Nick, I hope something is implemented to where state capos are rewarded more and set apart from other city or town capos. Also, it would be nice if it wasn't completely random. Maybe the most inf out of all your turfs within that state.

yea. I dissagree Nick. No offense. I have capo of Pennsylvania. I obtained it through 3 turfs that the location mearly said PA. It brings nothing but a smile to my face. That's all.

FYI. I didnot create said turf. I mearly capped them from the former owner who was capo of PA. And is since inactive.
