Turf defences

I would like to see turf defences that cannot be used against the original owner. I.e if I steal turf from you and build turf defences like gun towers etc. The only person they are not effective against are the original owners. Give people a chance to win turf back and keeps bigger players on their toes

Or let the defenses damage all players but when turf changes hands, half of all defenses are destroyed.
