This is easy and would save us all a lot of time. For instance, when scrolling through my mob list it's a pain (a minor pain, but still a pain) to scroll back up to the top of the page when I've reached the bottom of the list.

Just tap the status bar for your iPod or iPhone. The one with the battery life, time, and connection status. That's a built in feature of the iPhone and iPod.
