So being capo doesn't really mean anything. What if being capo of a city would allow you to place turfs anywhere in that city. It helps keep control of your city and you don't have to hop all the way across town to take care of one person. What are your thoughts on this? Is this a good idea?

We copo peole should get 5 don point every week for each of our copo but only fpr 5 of them so it won't be a horde of people caping to be copo to get free don point. Cause. Copo mean nuthin just don't pay protection nor cops. Cmon Nick do some thing good for once in this week

don points is a bad idea and Nick would tell you the same thing.

If your the biggest fish in your particular pond you don't need help! Lol, Maybe offer larger control zone round turfs you are capo of, not so sure about earning extra Don points ferari's don't run on thin air ;)
