Let's combine these two ideas, make floating cities with their own looted airports that connect only to other looted airports. It would be a normal turf that could be capped and tore down too, giving the loot/owner a chance to coordinate a mass entrance then shut it down.

Think about it, it'll be like WaterWorld out there! Giant festering cities that move around in the ocean, yeah!!!! ✊
