1. Before any turf can be built, a player needs together permission from the Capo on:
a. Where to build
b. How many they can build
c. What influence they can build to.

2. Capos get 35% of any and all turf in their area. No need to have turf nearby.

3, Capos get 50% of all money from fights of the players in their neighborhood. If an outsider attacks someone in the Capo's neighborhood, the Capo gets 75% if the outsider wins.

4. Capos get half the XP from any players fighting in their neighborhood.

5. Capos get half the $$$ and half the XP from ALL player missions in their neighborhood

6. Capos hold all the upgrades. You want to build? You buy upgrades from the Capo.

7. Capos get the use of 25% of your mob in all fights.

8. A 35% tax is added to weapons and this goes to the local Capo.

9. Capos get 20% hourly of all unbanked cash.

10, Capos get 10% of the respect point purchases. This comes from the buyer's end. Not Nick. Foe example, You buy the 1400 pint pack, the Capo gets 140, you get 1260.

Only issue with capos getting things from other mobsters is that it just makes it even harder for others to rise up at all and makes the non-capos resent there capos even more.

My god, this is the dumbest suggestion ever.
1) it would totally change the game and render certain strategies moot that people have been using. I typically delete turfs in unpopulated areas even if I'm the capo (I.e. After I wipe out somebody).
2) We need to do what we can to get new players 'into' the game. This would certainly ruin that.
3) people in big cities would be punished as compared to others. Imagine living in the middle of Jacksonville FL!?!

Good idea but then the capo could deny all the other players the upgrades and turfs. Making their turfs uncapturable 🐙
