I honestly like the idea of the black market tab, but the loot cases seem extremely unnessecary.

I've suggested the black market tab a while back but it got shot down by ppl for the potential mule usage. This way there can be a black market AND nobody will know who they're buyin off of or exactly what they're buyin (it's all bout risks) AND noobs get a chance to make money
