Does health play a factor in attack outcome? I know when your health is too low you can't attack or be attacked.
But health should wiegh a little more heavily in attacks.
Say you health is down 10%. Your attack rating should drop 10% as well. And each percentage drop in health should be reflected with an equal percentage drop in attack rating.
Health as it relates to defense right now should not be changed. This would slow down bullying.
And it's easy enough to heal right now, but what if you could not heal until your health dropped to a certain point? 20%? 30%?
This would prevent an attack, heal, attack, heal cycle.

Or maybe you couldn't heal until you hit the critical lever (ER)..
And limit ER to twice in a 24 hour period.
In exchange for this, you could allow healing to 100%.

Unfortunately, I think this would slow the game down too much; if you think about it stamina recharges 1 every 4 minutes... that equates to (24hr * 60min) / 4 = 360 possible attacks in a 24 hour period & if you can only use 16-20 of them, what's the point?
Maybe if the stamina recharge timer were increased to 5 minutes...I don't know.
