Not sure what to call the loot. Insanity perhaps. Anyways you Use it on a player and every time they cap you it plays a Justin beiber song. This songs volume cannot be turned down or off. If they leave the app the song is waiting for them when theu get back. This happens for each one of your turf they attack for 24 hours

Why not have a "shrink". He's attached to the turf as a loot, makes great income, cos shrinks are expensive right. So when a turf is capped belials suggestions kicks in for 24 hours. During that time all your mob is unable to fight, because let's face it, they'll be dancing to Justin Beaver.

I know this was a joke to start, but has Vdans idea ever been suggested? loot that saps income from a targeted turf? not a bad idea....misappropriation of funds.
