Just an idea to add another aspect of capos to the game. Sorry if it's already suggested.

don't see any harm in it, but they could be hard to hold if they person competing against you is on the other side of the state as you won't be able to cap them. and some states/provinces are already incorporated, my county is.

It already egsits/😝 although if youre a capo of a state/province,you're the capo of the state because you have a lot of turfs in unclassified areas, which are titled "rural ares"

Then there would be 2 capos of every state, 1 for the rural areas & 1 for what, having the most influence in the state?

Fix what? There's nothing to fix; he doesn't control the geocoder. Besides, most people like the state capos as they are.

Agreed, what am champion is suggesting would be difficult, and of say all your turfs were in one state, you would never have any heat, and capo benefits all over

Mystery has pretty much closed this. Nick doesn't control the geocoder, he can't create capo boundaries and he certainly can't position capos.
