It goes up based on influence. Still it probably could use a small increase

I think it could use an increase. Maybe base it on some combo of influence & income. I always laugh when I look at the description - "pay tha bills" - I don't think the amount would pay any of my (TW) bills. Idk - it might pay for police protection in a city where I only have a couple of turfs.
