I don't think this has ever been changed and these days people have to pay like a hundred thousand dollars to pay for that.
That's ridiculous this game has grow a lot and this should be pached a little. -

It's fine the way it is. The cost is 1% of your hourly net income.

It sounds like that must be the case for Swagger. If that is true, then once he hits level 150, there is no point to him using up his stamina. Xp won't matter & if he can't earn money from it, then he shouldn't attack people unless he has a "reason." (I'm not saying Swagger's worried about $; I'm just using him as an example.)

Just checked my hospital bill is 82.3k per visit. Income 8.4mil per hour. But last week when my income was 8.6M my hospital bills were 86k. So idk.

It's based on influence.
I've been adding a lot of turf recently and my income has stayed the same(because I'm also mobbing up which means more weapons and upkeep) and my hospital bill went up almost 10k. -
Well.. What about 3 times your inf (roughly) 69k inf = roughly 210k. I pay 230k so maybe like 3.2-3.3?

Problem with med kits isn't how rare they are. Tue problem is we need an easier way to access them. I tend not use them as it tales longer. Most tines when I heal it's in a fighting situation where time matters

Either make medkits common or reduce the increase is my modified suggestion now.
