There should be a friends list but it should give 0 advantages just a quick way to find your friends and go to their profile page, to add a friend there should be a button on their profile page saying send friend request or something like that!

Eh, minus the request. A page to display a list of selected players would be clutch.

Yeah but only if the enemy accepts, unless it's made so that people dont have to accept requests, and it just appears on the person who added the enemy's list

It would be a great idea for alliance. And you are right, the friend would have accept.
Another option would be to PM that friend list.
