City page

Each city with players in it gets a link to a Page with stats like:
-number of players
-total turfs
-total inf
-average inf

And a public wall to post comments (could be mod by capo)

And 1000 don points for everyone👍

The public wall could be done on the wiki.

And the capo is able to write down some rulez, so people e.g knows tht they will get capped out if they make trouble
