Discount don points....

I'm sure it has been mentioned, but other games discount credits for certain periods such as 50 percent off all labor day weekend only. This would be great and might actually get players like me who don't buy points to consider it.

It has been suggested many times. It should happen. We should be rewarded for our dedication to the game and we should encourage new players to join with incentives. It costs the developers nothing and keeps the players happy. I don't see any negative points.

It certainly costs devels potential revenue.

No it don't. I dunno about anyone else but I'd still spend what I do. It'd just have more dp to play with. N those who don't buy dp may me encouraged to do so. Plus if there's a join-in incentive for new players it gives them a little helping hand. It's certainly no bank breaker. Good business is in looking after your clients.

Many sites don't offer discounts. Instead they increase the number of points for the same dollar amount. The developer doesn't lose a dime. It's win win for everyone.

Not a bad suggestion actually. Something like 20% extra dp on all packs for 24 hours. Certainly better from Nicks revenue pov.
