I would like to congratulate myself on earning my first billion.

Can I spend it? No.
Does it get me on a leaderboard? No.
Can I spend it all to increase my turf limit? No.
But it looks pretty in the bank.

Actually it is a long way of saying: shouldn't I be able to do something/anything with a billion dollars.

I agree. Why can we not spend game money to increase turf limits or influence (beyond the 84-influence limit)?
