How about highlighting the mob who posted each thread,say I started a forum post my name would be a different colour to everyone else.
this would make it easier when flicking through to see the reply of the creator. Just an idea

I think he means when other people make the thread you only see their colour in the thread. So each player can choose a colour like the turf colour screen.
