The fight tab randomly shows, I assume, nearby mobsters of random mob sizes that are too small to get much xp or are too large to win. If you could search for mobsters within a mob size range it would make it easier to find mobsters around your mob size to fight. I get tired of hitting guys with a 500 mob while spreading around my hits and only getting 1 or 0 xp.

Actually, I believe it shows mobsters near you in the order of closest-->farthest regardless of size

Go to top mob list click mob click a random country and zoom in until you fing your desired mobed enemy

You can use leader boards, forums, comments, and the map to find people to fight. Mob size isn't the only thing that determines exp either. The minimum value has also been raised so you no longer get 0 xp for attacking (unless you've already attacked them a bunch).
