Please change the max turf income. I don't understand why a turf that costs me $3MM still only earns me $52k per hour. Where is the incentive to build in busy areas? The return on my investment is way too low compared with the risk of someone capping my turf. If I pay a few million bucks just to plant a turf, I should be rewarded with a higher per hour income.

It is. Turf in an unpopulated area only makes 9.5k.

I'm saying the cap of $52.3 is too low considering I can get that for a turf that costs me $1MM or a turf that costs me $3MM.

Well think of it this way...assuming a starting cost of 2.5 mil to place a turf + 3.5 mil to fully upgrade, your 52.3k/hr turf will begin to turn a profit in 114.7 hours! lol
